Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 2 boxes (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • ½ cup Todd Kerns' DAMMIT Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 cup whipped topping or freshly whipped cream

Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Todd Kerns' DAMMIT Coffee Liqueur
  • Chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  • Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until evenly mixed.
  • Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  • Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix, cold milk, and DAMMIT Coffee Liqueur until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  • Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping or freshly whipped cream for a creamy texture.

3. Assemble the Pie:

  • Spread the pudding mixture evenly into the chilled crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the filling to set.

4. Prepare the Topping:

  • Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of DAMMIT Coffee Liqueur until soft peaks form.

5. Serve:

  • Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the pie.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or crushed cookies.
